Reduced registration fee for the Team-Based Learning Workshop in July/August 2020. Available for UF faculty, staff and postdocs.
In the event UF COP cancels a live program, a full refund of registration fees will be made to the participants.
In the event a registered participant cancels his or her attendance of a scheduled program, the following schedule applies:
- Written cancellation to Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education more than forty-five (45) days prior to the first scheduled date of the workshop. A full refund of the registration fee less a $150.00 administrative fee. Cancellation must be received through our contact form.
- Written cancellation to the Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education less than thirty (30) days but more than 14 days before the first scheduled date of the workshop. The participant will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $200.00. Cancellation must be received through our contact form.
- Cancellation received 15 days or less of the scheduled date of a program or activity or “no show.” No refund is allowed and the registration fee is forfeited.
- Transfer to a different date:
- If the workshop has not started and the participant wishes to change the date he/she participates in the workshop, a $200.00 fee will be applied. The registered participant will be able to choose an upcoming workshop that occurs within 15 months of the original workshop date. A written request must be received through our contact form.
- If the workshop has started, no requests for change in date will be granted. No refund will be provided.
- Transfer to a different participant:
- Up to 5 days prior to the first date of the workshop, a registered participant can request a transfer of registration to a different participant. The transfer will incur an administrative fee of $150.00.
- Less than 5 days prior to the first date of the workshop, requests to transfer registration to a different participant will not be granted.
